Named after the galactic location of the nearest black hole to Earth, Connecticut psychedelic band NGC-4594 only issued one single during their brief existence in 1967, “Skipping Through The Night” (truly an acid-head anthem) backed with “Going Home”. Rumours of a lost, unissued full album started to circulate until psych music researcher Gray Newell found it. We did the first ever vinyl release back in 2011 and after many years out of print, we present a new repress.
Top shelf acid-rock / psychedelia, highly recommended if you dig Country Joe & The Fish, Jefferson Airplane, Spirit, Doors, H.P. Lovecraft, Love…
*LP + 7” single, housed in a hard cardboard sleeve
*Remastered sound
*Insert with liner notes by Gray Newell and photos

Took my daughter to Noble Records for the first time today. Friendly staff, cool spot. Store was easy to navigate. My daughter found the Blink album she wanted & we left. Will definitely be back
This is one of the best records places in the Charlotte-Matthew area. They have an amazing selection of sealed & preowned vinyls, cassettes, CDs, and more.
Sometimes I find record stores through research on the cities I visit. Other times fellow collectors might provide advice on where to go. Noble is neither ... I found them through their Instagram presence
